我的意思是收非美国的信用卡, 例如中国银行发行的visa, master这些. Paypal对非美国的收费贵些, 不知道Authorize.net收费有区别吗? 如果国内有人用信用卡刷1000 USD的话, 费率是多少?
网银国外公司申请不了吧...
