官方要求 要一个 IP/24 才能统一改 CN2， 因为如果变动会影响同段其他用户。
官方原话是：
route change of network will effect to all of customer in IPs range /24 in and it will effect to another customer.
If you need the IPs with direct to AS4809, please buy IP range /24 So, we will
reroute direct to AS4809 per you request.
