84停了我的VPS
他说的封的原因是
This VPS is currently suspended due to the large number of SMTP processes running on the node:

好象说是发邮件太多的意思，事实上我很少用84网站的邮件发信，一天收发信的数量不超过30封。

存放84都资源站。

How are subscriptions obtained?

- What sort of process is used to confirm recipients?

- Are 100% of recipients confirmed?

- Are distribution lists distributed to any third parties?

- Are all mailing organizations explicitly disclosed during the subscription and confirmation processes and posted within privacy policies?

In your reply, we request that you also include a sample copy of a confirmation email (if applicable).

我看了不是很懂，大概的意思是让我确认邮箱。不知道应该如何具体回复。我只告诉他，我所有邮件地址都来源于客户，注册。又5个小时过去了，目前没有得到任何回复。NND停我的VPS已经两天。

请教达人具体应该如何操作。真的不行就换VPS了NND，他停掉我的VPS，我想转移数据都转不了
