Due to the massive attack, and force removal of each VE, we do not have the copies available on a per VE basis. We are glad to help you restore any backups you may have.
We've credited your account for 1 month of service for your downtime.
We're also in the process of creating a network wide backup service so that data loss to our customers does not happen again. We're hoping to get them online within the next 1-2 weeks.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working hard to rememdy each client's situation with the best outcome we can possibly provide.
