求翻译母机负载太高... [已解决]

母机负载太高
经常打不开控制面板
不能正常打开网页(经常打开个PHP页面耗时300-9000毫秒,无数据库操作.以前耗时2-300毫秒)
经常不能正常登陆SSH..
空载,时VPS负载有时高达1.5
想让他换个稳定的母机.. 要怎么翻译? 谢谢
