The problem has been that the port has been getting saturated, and we're currently about to get the port upgraded.

In the future, get the complaints to us quicker.  In the meantime, I'll be on late at night to take a look to confirm that that is still the problem.

Justin 说 他已经联系那边升级带宽了， 因为 带宽 不够问题， 导致了 掉包.

这几天因该就升级完成了， 再忍耐几天。

现在是否已经升级带宽了？ 貌似比之前效果要好一些了，现在只是某些地区的网通有丢包了，原来是差不多所有网通都丢包
