NameSilo的避税选项请问如何选择？（翻译失败）

vps NameSilo发邮件来了 说要选择一个选项 我尝试各种自动翻译 皆无法成功…… 让懂鸟语的同事看看 也表示有点深奥 简单来说吧 这个应该就是是否要扣税的选项了 如果我不是美国人 也没有在美国有公司（应该是这意思吧） 那就不用交税…… 但是关于3个选项 死活翻译不出来，求解答
