今天去官方开了几台KHV，开出来的全是被墙的IP，客服给出的“唯一解决方案”如下：
Hello!
The server is unreachable from China because of the influence of Chinese firewall. The whole thing is very unpredictable, any IP can be blocked by it.
We are not able to change the IPs.
In order to find a working IP, we suggest buying additional ones. It usually takes up to 5 purchases to find a suitable one.
Note, you have to buy them one by one, not several at once!
When you find the suitable IP, you can use it.
Send us the list of the unsuitable IPs and we'll refund for them to your account.
If you keep using the VPS you will use the payment for the next month and money won't be lost.
大意就是：直接换IP是不可能的，只能不断添加新的IP直到开出能用的；这一般需要尝试至少5次。反正我开了十多次没有一个能用的
建议KHB/KHV没上车的还是去找Minecloud/Rfchost之类的reseller
非酋千万别找官方买，切记切记
