自从上次提交了virpus的一台硬盘380KB/S的主机的ticket之后，9天没有回复。
今天上去DD了下，复制硬盘速度还是300KB多。
于是我问他们怎么那么久没回复啊，我买了一年的vps只能当摆设吗？
他们马上回复了，表示我们检查过内存啊cpu啊都没有超量使用啊We are extremely sorry for the delay caused. We have checked the server in detail and found that the memory usage and load are normal. The CPU utilization and RAM utilization are also looking normal. Please verify the following snippet,
