In an effort to combat DMCA and Copyright infringements we will charge $45 per half hour or work for any DMCA we receive against your server that you want formatted. This is only if the severity of the case does not warrant a direct cancellation of service.

This new policy will take effect on 2/15/2010. We urge everyone to take this matter seriously and screen your customers properly.

刚问了他们法务部门，答复给我了，

Hello,

This means that we will charge $45 per 30 minutes for any server format because of DMCA/copyright infringement.  So if the format is quick, then the charge is $45.  If the format takes longer, then we will charge more than $45.

因为版权投诉而格式化重装系统是收费的，半个小时内可以格式化重装好的是45美元，如果花的时间更长的话将收取更多费用。

好严厉了。
